👀 Vision: Explore websites, catalogs, Pinterest, and visit us in-store to find styles that resonate with you. Take pictures and notes to capture your preferences.

🤝 Collaboration: Meet with our design associate armed with your ideas and references. If you have existing stones or gold, bring them along. We’ll discuss ring size, metal color, and any special considerations.

✍ Drawing Board: Our design team creates a 3D model of your custom piece. We’ll refine it until you’re thrilled with the design.

⏰ Timeline: Once you approve the 3D rendering, we require a 50% down payment. The crafting process takes approximately 6-8 weeks, so plan accordingly.

❤️‍🩹 After Care: Every custom design comes with a warranty. Visit us for complimentary cleaning and inspections every 6 months to a year.
